Exchange and Return Policy

Here at Cyclesharp it is our aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and the service that you received. If however you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we’ll either exchange or replace it, or provide you with a voucher for the amount.

1: Free exchanges & returns for 7 days

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act every consumer has a ‘cooling off’ period, this entitles you to cancel your order within 7 days from making the purchase. If however you are not 100% satisfied after receiving delivery of the goods you can return the goods within 7 days (T&C’s apply).

 

To return an unwanted non-defective product, it is expected from you(the client):

  1. The merchandise be returned within 7 days of the product(s) being delivered;
  2. The merchandise should be undamaged and unused, with the original labels still attached;
  3. The merchandise is still in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition;
  4. The client is expected to pay all shipping costs (return and send)
  5. The client will be expected to pay a 10% administration fee. This fee will be invoiced to you and is payable by means of debiting your account or if there is no money on your account we will gladly except EFT or credit card payments.

 

Once we have received your return product and it has been cleared by Cyclesharp Quality, your account will be credited, unless you requested a replacement or an exchange.

Exchanges

Products can be exchanged for a different size or colour of the same product, provided that the preferred size or colour is available. This option is available within 7 days of delivery.
If your preferred size or colour is not available, or you want a different product, please return the unwanted product and place a new order.

To exchange a non-defective product, it is expected from you(the client):

Please provide us with all correspondence relating to the exchange of the product to ensure that the product will be exchaged in accordance with your wishes.

 

2: Returning defective or damaged products

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality. If you’ve received a product with a defect or fault, we’ll gladly replace the exact product at no additional cost to you. Where a replacement product is not available, your account will be credited.

3: Non-returnable products

We can’t offer exchanges, replacements or account credits on products which have been personalised for you or made to your specifications unless they are faulty or not as described:

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed products.

4: Returning products that are not what you ordered

If an incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it’s not the product you ordered), we’ll arrange to collect the product from you, and we’ll deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible.
